We have two BMW dealerships which are in Wairau Valley, Auckland's North Shore and Kaiwharawhara, Wellington. Our dealerships operate as one of the largest BMW retailers in the world and as such has made a significant investment in New Zealand to ensure customers are given a world-class experience beyond any other.

**About the Role and Responsibilities**

With the continuous growth of our dealerships, our dealership in Wairau Valley, Auckland is now looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their Sales team. This role will see you working in a leading automotive group. You will be supported by a dynamic Management team and be part of an enthusiastic and winning team culture. As their new Sales executive, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Maximising sales to customers and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maximising profits for the company by maintaining a sales per month target as set by management
- Secure buyers for vehicles, finance and other products marketed by Continental Cars BMW
- Check and ensure prompt communication / delivery of vehicles to customers
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintain continued relationships with customers and potential customers
- Ensure any customer complaints are handled in an effective manner to ensure continuing customer satisfaction
- Promptly and accurately prepare all vehicle documentation as required
