**What you’ll do.**
Reporting to the Northern Area Manager, this role is responsible for the organisation, supervision, planning, and managing of daily activities. Your natural ability to communicate effectively with people from different backgrounds will allow you to learn what drives both employee and client satisfaction. You will be a person who has a huge passion for leading a great team, thinking on their feet, and looking for ways to improve and streamline our day-to-day processes.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Process all orders within contract service standards.
- Maximise productivity and quality of all services, ensuring timely and secure delivery.
- Ensure your team understands and follows all processes, systems, and policies.
- Build a strong relationship with customers to ensure continued market leadership.
- Create a supportive and motivating environment for your team to learn and develop their skills and knowledge while clearly understanding their role and accountabilities
- Generate and monitor KPIs, analysing their performance and comparing against set targets and budget.
- Always striving to achieve operational efficiencies and improvements that support profitability
- Maintains exceptional health and safety, security, and compliance standards.

To succeed in this role within our organization, you will have previous management experience and is highly motivated, results-oriented, and can positively lead and motivate a team. In addition, you also have the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively and professionally.
