As an Production Assembler, you will be responsible for supporting the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels in Electrification Business Area. This position is based in Henderson; New Zealand. This position Reports to Production Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conducting all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final products/systems/panel, including the packing where integrated with production lines
- Assembling and checking correct components for jobs given part number and description
- Using approved work instructions & drawings for controlled manufacture
- Quality testing/process checks as part of a defined production process
- Recording and filing manufacturing records
- Conducting shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance
- Operating within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area

**Your background**:

- Assembly experience within a manufacturing environment
- Electrical knowledge and Experience with using hand tools
- Able to read and interpret product documentation
- Demonstrates quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to implement the Quality Assurance Processes and consistently meet high standards of workmanship
