Hvac Sheet Metal Ducting Fabricator

Location - Henderson, Auckland

Pay - $21.50 - $32.5 depending on experience and work ethic

Hours - 40 per week with overtime available

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Measure, cut, weld and fabricate sheet-metal using equipment such as shears, hand folders, press brakes and mig-welders
- Assist with loading/unloading sheet-metal products/materials from delivery trucks using a hoist
- Follow drawings and instructions to perform all tasks involved in assembly of sheet-metal duct/products
- Have good communication skills
- Install HVAC Systems, ducting and fittings on site
- Manage all requirements for site installation including labour and materials
- Identify and notify supervisors immediately of any safety or structural concerns
- Be able to work unsupervised in a workshop environment
- Full Drivers Licence preferred
- Be flexible with the ability to work overtime, weekends and at site locations as necessary (additional to the minimum 40 standard hours per week)
- Have a great work ethic

**Your Key Attributes**
- Ideally be Trade qualified with at least 3 years’ experience in Sheet metal/Duct fabrication & Installation work
- An HVAC background
- The ability to read and understand complex working drawings (non-essential)
- Site Safe Passport
- Can work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Punctual

**Salary**: $21.50 - $32.50 per hour
