Electrical Assembler

We are seeking skilled Electrical Assemblers to join our team in Henderson. This role involves assembling electrical products and systems used in power distribution, supporting production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Assembly Work: Perform assembly tasks to produce semi-finished or final products, systems, or panels, including packing when required.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret technical diagrams, work instructions, and assembly drawings.
• Manual & Tool-Based Work: Assemble components manually or using light hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, crimping tools, soldering irons).
• Quality Testing: Conduct regular quality checks as part of the defined production process.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Ability to demonstrate skills in electrical, electronic, or mechanical assembly.
• Strong understanding of safe work practices and attention to detail.
• Skilled in using hand tools and interpreting technical documentation.
• Must have NZ residency or the right to work in New Zealand.

• Wiring and connecting electrical components according to schematics.
• Cutting, stripping, and mounting wires.
• Testing electrical panels and systems for compliance.
• Following lean manufacturing principles and quality standards.
