**Your new role**
Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be expected to deliver financial and commercial analysis, insights and advice to enable better decisions and manage business performance by category. The Commercial Manager will lead strategy, business partnering and various internal projects. Furthermore, you will partner with many operational teams across the company to drive results, identify any areas of risk or opportunity for commercial performance whilst adhering to relevant financial policies and governance. Also, you will be responsible for accurate forecasting against budget, insight generation, financial reporting and team leadership of 3x qualified individuals at Commercial Analyst level.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree qualification with CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent membership
- 8+ years’ post graduate commercial work experience (FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing highly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability in building relationships, business partnering and influencing stakeholders
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring juniors in a commercial environment
- Ability to present complex financial information in a simple format
- Systems savvy with experience using complex ERP software, such as SAP and Power BI tools
