**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Financial Reporting Manager will take responsibility for ensuring the accurate preparation of all financial and regulatory reporting, while also overseeing tax compliance.
The Financial Reporting Manager will also work to improve and implement new financial processes within the business as Citycare Property develops its own unique and distinct identity.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in shaping a new Finance team in a dynamic environment. The role offers you considerable exposure across the business, learning how to balance operational needs and efficiencies against regulatory requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are a CA qualified Accountant who has already gained the relevant experience and wants to take that next step in your career. While the technical reporting requirements are definitely important, this position also offers plenty of scope to develop your broader management skills, especially working with the business to influence, lead and manage change from a finance perspective.
Strong technical skills are a given. To be successful in this role you will also need to demonstrate a pro-active problem-solving approach with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills in order to build relationships across the business and influence senior management.
