MidCentral is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Administrator to join the Hospital HealthPathway operational team as a Coordinator for the Programme.
The coordinator role will support the coordination, development and localisation of Hospital HealthPathways and will be key to the ongoing implementation of the programme.
This role will support clinicians, clinical editors, and the programme manager in the development and maintenance of HealthPathways content and data for Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua | MidCentral.
**Hospital HealthPathways**
Implementation of Hospital HealthPathways aligns with Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua | MidCentral strategy for a whole of system approach to the delivery of health care. Our vision is that by implementing Hospital HealthPathways, in conjunction with Community HealthPathways, between primary and secondary care services, our communities will experience better health care outcomes and seamless pathways of care and provide a consistent care, “home to home” experience for the patient.
Hospital HealthPathways will assist in standardising and optimising care within MidCentrals facilities, thereby reducing “bad” variation. They will provide clinical decision-making support for clinicians and advice on local processes.
Training in the Hospital HealthPathway programme will be provided for the successful applicant.
