**The Opportunity**

Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua | MidCentral is looking for an Education Centre Coordinator to join their busy team based at the Education Centre in Palmerston North.

You will be joining a team who enjoy working as a team and getting the work done in a friendly working environment. This would be a great opportunity for someone that is a good organiser, enjoys variety and can handle some physical activity (i.e. moving tables and chairs).

This is a full time position with hours of work normally between 8am to 4:30pm five days a week, but may require an occasional earlier start.

**About the role**:
You will be required to be customer focused, show attention to detail and overall initiative as you process and collate course bookings, reminders into our Human Resource System. Alongside these duties you will be managing the room bookings, coordinating new staff orientation and any general building maintenance and equipment.

**About You**:
You'll need the following:

- Proven experience in a busy administrative role where high levels of customer service are expected.
- A passion for delivering exceptional assistance to customers.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of programmes.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to prioritise your workload.
- Excellent communicator with sound computer skills.
