**Summerset is looking for a new Construction Cadet to proactively participate in the Summerset Construction Management Trainee (CMT) programme on our construction project at Half Moon Bay. Cadet's will gain an understanding of the experience and competency required to fulfil the role of Site Supervisor upon completion of the CMT programme.

**Qualifications**:
We look for cadets who have completed a diploma or degree in a construction-related field, or who are studying for a relevant qualification.
