Our well-respected, large retail group client has exciting opportunities for a Store Manager to join the leadership team of their fashion footwear superstores in Blenheim

Based in a large scale store, these roles offer variety in an ever-changing environment where no two days are the same. You will be supported by a strong ethos on company culture and progression throughout the retail group, with opportunities to progress your leadership career.

There is an exciting opportunity to join a new generation store format, leading the way for the future of retail. As a natural leader, you will be driven to learn and grow within the role, be willing to ask questions and lead your team by example.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Outstanding customer service and care from both you and your team
- Leading the team to achieve and exceed KPI and sales targets
- Recruitment, training and development
- Maintain store merchandising aligned with marketing and advertising initiatives
- Complete all reporting, financial recording, stock receipting and employee records

**The role comes with**:

- 40 hours per week on a Tuesday - Saturday roster

- 2 years+ prior management experience at minimum 2IC level
- A proven track record to meet and exceed sales and KPI’s
- Stock processing experience
- Strong computer literacy

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
