**Our Client**:
Is New Zealand’s leading jewellery retailer with 40+ stores across the country and a rich history of over 100 years. They are a company that prides themselves on its fabulous service, great product range, outstanding team culture and training and development of its people. They are currently seeking a successful Manager to run their Nelson Store

**The Role**:
This is a hands-on Manager’s role and we need to be a proven sales and management performer who is energetic and 100% focused on delivering only the very best results for the brand, your role will include:

- Driving Sales & KPI Targets both individually and store-based
- Motivating a team every day by driving a positive culture and customer service
- Managing promotions and visual merchandising
- HR Functions - Performance mgmt & recruitment
- Overseeing all administrative duties including rosters, reporting, stocktake, stock management.

**What you'll bring?**

You’ll bring a high level of professionalism with proven experience and the ability to lead, motivate, and drive your team by working alongside them and leading from the front, you’ll also have.
- A genuine commitment and passion for the retail sector
- Enthusiastic, Dynamic, driven and self-motivated personality
- Proven results and exp in a similar role in retail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines and tasks
- Must have full working rights in NZ
