They provide a range of services which will continue to grow, especially as Palmerston North continues to grow and more businesses relocate to the region.

This is a data-rich B2B and B2C environment, so the SLT have created this role to support commercial decision-making.

**Some information about the role**

As this is a newly created role you will be responsible for developing commercial insights for the organisation and creating data-driven commercial insights for a range of people at different levels of commercial understanding. Some of this will be regular reporting but there will be lots of ad-hoc work to keep the role interesting.

**Main responsibilities include;**

Proactively investigating and analysing data to create commercial insights across the who business

Commercial modelling and scenario analysis

Assist with budgeting and forecasting

Assist and input into board reporting

Embedding and driving the use of PowerBI

Ownership of pricing models

Working closely with the CFO, CCO and CEO

**So who are you, and what is your profile?**

You will have a great mix of analytical and commercial skills to be able to identify insights that will help drive the future growth, profitability and customer experience for the organisation.

You’ll be passionate about PowerBI and its ability to visualise data suitable for all audiences, and levels. You will also be comfortable working with both senior leaders and junior managers.

Experience in financial modelling is also a bonus.

As this is a newly created role you will need to be a self-starter, resourceful and proactive, there are so many opportunities for this role to add value.
