**Role**:
As the Tech Lead for Backend at Techwondoe, you will play a pivotal role in leading our backend development efforts while also contributing to full-stack development tasks. You will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of robust backend systems, leveraging your expertise in both backend technologies and full-stack development principles. Additionally, you will guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices, driving innovation, and maintaining high-quality code standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of scalable and comprehensive software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate frontend and backend components.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on coding practices, design patterns, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project goals.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Work with teams and clients across different time zones as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Expertise in SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and database schema design.
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience with frontend frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated testing frameworks.
- Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, innovative approach.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams and with non-technical stakeholders.
