**Tasks Include**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Used cad to machine parts to spec, construct assemblies, and fixtures.
- Checking accuracy of manufactured articles and finished patterns to fine tolerances, using precision measuring instruments
- Makes and repairs tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and other precision parts and equipment to fine tolerances for machine

tools and other production machinery.
- Operate vertical and horizontal jig mills, grinders and lathes to close tolerances for the production of automate manufacturing systems.
- Design and build press brake tooling, robotic weld fixtures, weld and inspection fixtures.
- Give helpful input on design and manufacturing procedures, and work from blueprint, sketch or verbal instruction.
- Assign work to other employees; set up machines and operate lathes, mills, grinders, and quoted jobs.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, promoting sound internal operations in addition to quality prototyping and installation work.
- Comply with safety codes, perform light equipment maintenance, clean SLA platforms and prepare SLA builds for finishing.

**Skill required**:

- At least three years of relevant experience, or, NZQF Level 4 qualification
