Huxley’s is on the lookout for an Assistant Venue Manager to help lead the team

Located on Bowen Street, Huxley’s is a modern interpretation of a public house, a modern bar and eatery offering cutting-edge casual food and drink. As the Assistant Venue Manager your role is to run the establishment on a shift by shift basis while also supporting the venue manager in the back end management of the business. You will be a fantastic host to our customers and also dabble in a bit of staff training, roster creation, working with suppliers and ordering. We expect you to be ambitious. You will have the drive to learn everything, so as to one day become Kapura’s next superstar venue manager.
