We're the brightest and most colourful bar on Courtenay Place, and the ultimate destination for a girls night out Think pink walls, a huge range of gin, quiz nights hosted by a beautiful drag queen AND a flower covered phone booth It's an Instagrammer's dream We are looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to join our team that is ready to help us establish ourselves as the only place you want to be on a night out

We are owned and operated by Kāpura and a huge part of our culture and values is caring for our people and creating great customer experiences through delivering memorable hospitality. We're looking for someone who thrives in late night venues Working Friday and Saturday evenings will be essential for this role. If you have experience on the Courtenay Place scene, that is a huge plus (but not a requirement)
- You have an outstanding employment history in the hospitality industry and ideally a year at management level
- You have a self-starting mentality and the ability to see what areas of the business/culture/service needs support and builds solutions without the need for delegation
- A natural leader with a passion for people and a desire to bring out the best in their staff, a core value being that staff have a great quality of life that work can compliment.
- Enjoys late nights and pushes to ensure our venue is not only open but busy for as late as possible.
- Has a valid LCQ and Duty Manager's license
- A passion for good friendly service and an absolute pro on the floor & bar
- Ambition, commitment to the role and a love of the service industry
