An exciting opportunity has become available for **Client Executive **to manage a portfolio of **Professional Risks accounts**, ensuring high quality customer service is provided at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues to consistently attain excellent client retention and develop new opportunities
**Prime Responsibilities**:
**1. Account Management**
- Assist Client Executive Manager with the implementation and achievement of business plans and goals;
- Meet and exceed service standards agreed in the client’s service agreement;
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue, expense and trading profit budgets.
- Interact positively with colleagues in other Marsh practices to ensure a seamless delivery of service to clients
- Develop and maintain effective long term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes within the client organisations to preserve and protect the Company's relationship with the client;
- Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards;
- Implement successful account retention and defence strategies;
- Maintain an awareness of all clients claim related matters and assist in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients as required;
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers through regular contact and liaison;
- Maximise utilisation of Marsh’s national and global resources;
- Encourage and develop colleagues skills through on the job training, regular performance feedback and external competency based training;
- Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments.
- Possess a good working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance (experience in Professional Lines highly valued but not essential) and other relevant legislation and keep abreast of all new developments;
**2. Administration and Technical**
- Take ultimate responsibility for the timely and accurate production, processing and delivery of client related:
- invoices and related policy accounting documentation;
- quotation and placing slips;
- premium and adjustment calculations;
- information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings;
- policy wordings and endorsements (to be ratified by Account Managers where required);
- renewal reports and insurance manuals;
- Ensure that all colleagues adhere strictly to the Company's compliance systems and procedures;
- Ensure all activities fully comply with the Company's Errors and Omissions policy;
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.

**Professional Accreditation / Memberships**
- Have obtained Level 5 qualifications with ANZIIF
