An exciting opportunity has become available for **Client Executive - Liability Insurance **to join our **Marsh - Auckland team**.

**Prime Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that a high degree of quality customer service is provided to all clients at all times.
- Be active in promoting Marsh’s FINPRO capabilities, and in identifying and developing FINPRO opportunities and key contacts.
- Work closely with Marsh’s corporate team to provide advice on Liability policies, and ensure quality customer service is received by the Company’s corporate clients.
- Contribute towards the Company’s profit objectives through the effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets.
- Contribute to the achievement of Finpro Practice’s business plans and objectives.
- Assist in the development of Finpro colleagues and administrative staff through clear and effective communication and delegation.

**Accountabilities**:
**Account Management;**
- Lead, plan and implement clear and effective renewal, new business and broking strategies, ensuring Marsh’s performance meets required standards.
- Assist Client Executives with the implementation and achievement of business plans and goals.
- Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Develop and maintain effective long term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes within client organisations to preserve and protect the Company’s relationship at all times.
- Meet and exceed service standards agreed in the client’s service agreement.
- Interact positively with colleagues in other Marsh practices to ensure a seamless delivery of service to clients.
- Maintain an active and direct involvement in all claim related matters, ensure that proper claims management strategies are developed and implemented on all complex / large claims and assist claims personnel in the negotiation of equitable claims settlements.
- Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments.
- Possess a good working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance and other relevant legislation and keep abreast of all new developments.
- Assist with the implementation and achievement of Finpro business plans and goals.
- Maximise account profitability through the implementation of efficient and effective work practices, adequate client billing and sensible expense control.
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue, expense and trading profit budgets.
- Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers through regular contact and liaison.
- Maximise utilisation of Marsh’s national and global resources.
- Encourage and develop colleagues skills through on the job training and participation and contribution to team training.

**Administration & Technical;**

Take ultimate responsibility for the timely and accurate production, processing and delivery of client related:

- Invoices and related policy accounting documentation.
- Quotation and placing slips.
- Premium and adjustment calculations.
- Information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.
- Policy wordings and endorsements.
- Renewal reports and insurance manuals.
- Certificates of currency.
- Up to date computer system records.
- Current and outstanding documentation follow ups.
- All other documentation.
- Ensure all colleagues and activities adhere strictly to the Company's quality practices and other systems and procedures.
- Ensure all activities fully comply with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time.

**Revenue Generation;**
- Recognise and capitalise upon revenue generation, growth and other opportunities.
- Actively develop additional business from existing portfolio in line with budget targets.
- Develop new business opportunities from existing portfolio and other sources.
- Unconditional support for all Company sponsored revenue generation initiatives.

**Professional Accreditation / Memberships**
- Insurance qualifications.
