- Permanent role
- Hamilton based
- Mondays-Fridays - 8:30am-5pm
**You will**:
- Provide frontline customer support both written and verbal.
- Communicate warmly with customers to build trust and strong relationships
- Process and complete documentation - have a good eye for detail
- Ensuring data is up to date and accurate
- Have excellent communication skills as you will need to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
