**The Role | Te mahi**

We are seeking Casual and Part Time Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at Sudima Christchurch Airport.
We are looking for talented individuals who are passionate about customer service and who have experience in leading restaurants or customer facing roles.
Whether you are a seasoned professional in the foody scene, or a newcomer to hospitality, we are keen to talk with you
Full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa**
- Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
- Work as a team to ensure exceptional service and dining experiences
- Preparation of various hot and cold drinks
- Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
- Preparation of the restaurant for service
- Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
- Settling guest accounts
- Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints

**Requirements**:

- Some flexibility to work varied rosters (which may include early morning starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays)
- Exceptional grooming and hygiene standards
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests make the most of their day
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with good attention to detail
- Have a desire to learn and grow your hospitality career
- Experience in restaurant & bar service or customer facing role would be advantageous
- Valid Right to Work in NZ
