**About this opportunity**:
Wormald are the leading fire protection specialists in New Zealand, we have been protecting people and property for over 125 years and enjoy a reputation as providing the most capable and reliable safety products and services nationwide.

We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join our Auckland Branch.

This position will be responsible for providing overall business leadership to achieve all the planned objectives for the Auckland Service and Projects (Retrofit and Install) Branch.

The role will involve:

- **Strategic Planning**: plan and deploy strategies to achieve sustainable growth in business in tandem with overall corporation objectives and customer satisfaction.
- **Financial Excellence**: lead team members to achieve excellence in operations to achieve optimum profit and exceed customer satisfaction NPS.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: leverage customer feedback and relationships to align the Service delivery to their needs and satisfaction levels.
- **Operational Excellence**: develop and ensure compliance to business processes to enable effective and productive operations.
- **Service sales and planning**: strategize and lead service and installs sales to meet and exceed company’s growth targets.
- **Resource Planning**: plan and ensure the adequacy of resources (manpower, tools etc) to enable the branch to meet planned objectives.
- **Compliance**: 100% compliance to Johnson Controls Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS)

**What we look for**:

- Background in business or engineering (tertiary qualification ideal) and relevant industry experience of 5 - 10 years.
- Service industry experience with expertise in technical services.
- Drives for results. P roven financial management track record having demonstrated successful profitable sales growth, and balanced performance in customer satisfaction, delivery, and employee development and engagement.
- Performs all business activities with integrity and the highest ethical standards.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Drives accountability, inspires, develops and builds teams.
- Excellent influencer at all organisational levels, including the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly with senior managers/decision makers (internal & external).
- Excellent networking skills, business minded, change orientated and pro-active.
- Focuses on customers, consultative approach and solution focused.
- Able to think strategically and analytically, manage risk and be innovative in problem solving.
- Demonstrated sales growth through direct selling.
