If you’re looking for a 10am - 2pm role to fill up your week, AskOtago in Wellington is hiring

AskOtago is the Contact Centre for the University, and our AskOtago Wellington Hub provides a central reception service for the University’s Wellington School of Medicine across two busy sites.

Our part-time Service Representative role is primarily in-person, but you will also be part of the large AskOtago whānau able to provide information and support across multiple communication channels.

**_Your skills and experience:_**
- You have in-person customer service experience, and may have a degree already so you know a little about the tertiary environment
- You are positive, proactive, and love a bit of ‘detective work’
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

AskOtago is part of the Division of Shared Services, a broad family of staff focused on delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery.

**_What hours will you work?_**

10am to 2pm every weekday.

**_What will you do?_**

Anything from room bookings to building access to connecting staff and students to the services they need. You are an integral member of the Wellington campus and other areas depend on you so they can keep doing what they do best (especially our renowned researchers and teaching staff).
