This is no ordinary, same-same kind of job. Our
**Customer Service Representatives **are the face of Bluebridge and are there to help make our customers realise the excitement of a Cook Strait Ferry crossing, from the time of booking, to welcoming them at our terminals and seeing them embark on their journey. And don’t worry, as well as engaging with customers over the phone and greeting them when they arrive to travel, you’ll also get out and about across the port, including helping with lines work to tie up and let go ships as they arrive and depart.
As Bluebridge is a 24 x 7 operation in Wellington, we need Customer Service Representatives at all hours, so the role usually involves shift work. However, we always try to be flexible and if you can only offer part time hours, or are student looking for summer work, we’d still love to hear from you.
