The nature of each partnership will depend on the goals and needs of the entity.
Te Ara Tahi Programme is seeking two experienced and dynamic Principal Advisors. Te Ara Tahi is the shared journey of transformation across Aotearoa New Zealand's documentary and recorded heritage institutions - Archives New Zealand, the National Library of New Zealand and Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision (the institutions).

You will be able to step into our change programme and make an immediate difference. You will provide high-level thought leadership, strategic advice, and project management, and help the programme meet obligations to Te Tiriti o Waitangi by engaging, developing and maintaining meaningful and enduring relationships with tangata whenua.
Working collaboratively with both the General Manager Te Ara Tahi and the wider Te Ara Tahi Management Team, you will help lead complex projects and assist with building the strategic capability of the team. You will enjoy facilitating effective solutions to urgent or ongoing issues, and maintain effective working relationships across the Programme team, the Branch and across the Department.
As an experienced, trusted partner for senior leaders, you will gain energy from navigating within ambiguity and challenges.
