**The opportunity**
We are on the lookout for a receptionist/client experience coordinator to join our Wellington client experience team. This is a part-time but permanent role, working 11 hours a week, split between a Thursday and Friday from 09:00am to 15:00pm - there will be occasions where cover for team leave on the other days will be necessary. The team's usual business hours are between 08:30am to 17:00pm.
Working alongside others in the team, you will be responsible for welcoming all visitors into our office, managing our booking system, liaising with our catering team, making refreshments, preparing rooms with audio visual technology for various meetings and events, and answering and directing external phone calls.
This is a dynamic and interesting reception/client experience role where no two days are the same and you will have good spread of busy and quieter times. We value the work you will do in this role and in return you will be recognised and form part of the Buddle Findlay whānau.
