The Zero Harm Regulatory Coordinator provides coordination of regulatory matters to Zero Harm and the business and engages with external agencies in support of this role. This post holder also coordinates and assists with the planning of the internal and external safety assessments, audits and investigations called by our regulators to ensure we meet their requirements.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop sound relationships with key stakeholders in all areas of the business and with external agencies.
- Track and prepare updates from all external regulatory recommendations, findings, remedial actions and audit recommendations.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of overall recommendations, ensure that a KR lead has been appointed and recorded and maintain a timely update of the latest information and evidence.
- Liaise closely with the business and provide updates from regulators as and when required.
- Maintain an overview of status of all external requirements / recommendations and ensure that there is oversight of all requirements, and the business is engaged regarding impending deadlines.
- Provide secretariat in the preparation of submissions, programmes, and audit requirements.

**What you’ll need**
- Sound knowledge of regulatory practice and audit regimes.
- Experience managing several work streams and projects simultaneously.
- Experience dealing with safety reporting to government agencies.
- Experience in recording meeting minutes and actions
- Tertiary qualification in administration, business or similar discipline or equivalent relevant secretarial work experience.
