The Z of 2030 and 2050 needs to look very different to today and joining our newly formed Energy Solutions team as a Kaitaki Whakatairanga Aotearoa Marketing Manager New Zealand will see you deliver end to end solutions to customers.

As a marketing all-rounder you will be contributing to strategy and then executing and delivering marketing campaigns that deliver real benefits to customers.

**You will have the opportunity to**
- Developing and executing the marketing strategy and planning for Energy Solutions in the Aotearoa market
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns
- In partnership with product managers, develop product launch strategy and go to market planning and development
- Working closely with relevant teams to align marketing activity to achieve commercial targets
- Create and ensure alignment of propositions across the energy portfolio and Ampol and Z
- Work with the Social Media Manger on the digital and social media strategy and implementation
- Reporting, tracking and projecting sales

**Qualifications**:
**What you’ll bring to Z**
- We are needing a skilled pair of hands comfortable working across the breadth of a marketing campaign from planning to execution
- Experience delivering campaigns at pace with the ability to work nimbly and adapt to a changeable market quickly
- At Z we love data and use it to inform our actions, you will have experience using insights to deliver and execute a plan to ensure growth within our customer base
- And of course write engaging and beautiful copy
- You will be adept at driving outcomes, and managing a range of priorities and deliverables
- The ability to guide and influence people and pieces of work while bringing them on the journey

The base salary range for this role is $128,690 to $151,400 per annum, plus 15% bonus based on company performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
