**Production Coordinator**:

**Role Specifics**
- $95k to $115k based on experience
- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Permanent role with agile working options

**Role Responsibilities**
- **Programme Support**:Manage Control of Work documents in line with project schedules, ensuring hazard identification and adequate documentation.
- **Project Support**:Proactively support project and production teams by assisting with safety walk-arounds, material management, technical specifications, estimates, and sub-contract management.
- **Work Order Generation**:Generate complete Work Orders meeting end-user expectations and project timelines.
- **Reporting**:Provide consistent reporting to stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
- **Risk Management**:Actively contribute to risk management throughout the project's lifecycle.

This individual must effectively manage work documentation, contribute to risk management, and generate work orders in alignment with project timelines. Effective communication, computer proficiency, and a commitment to safety are crucial.

- **Relevant Qualification & Experience**:An Engineering Degree is essential and Marine Engineering work experience will be highly regarded.
- **Team Collaboration**:Experience working within teams to deliver engineering outputs effectively.
- **Documentation**:Ability to generate work instructions for engineering tasks and maintain Control of Work documents.
- **Communication**:Effective communication skills across a range of stakeholders**.**:

- **Computer Proficiency**:Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
- **Safety Awareness**:Awareness of using control of work tools and a commitment to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
