Junior Digital Designer

Role overview
Perceptive is a customer intelligence agency looking for a design superstar with a passion for data visualisation and social media advertising. We're a close-knit team who work together collaboratively on marketing brand campaigns as well as supporting the wider company.
You will work across a range of projects and brands from start to finish under the guidance of the creative director as well as with members from other teams, so communication and enthusiasm are a big part of the role.
But it's not all business—we also like to have fun. When the world isn't turned upside down, we are located in a vibrant Grey Lynn office with a busy social calendar—Friday drinks, daily treats, a social club and Clemenger events.
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with the communications and content specialist to create engaging assets for social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook and Google.
- Build demo videos for promotion of company products.
- Create professional layouts and infographics using the Creative Suite.
- Build creative PowerPoint templates in client branding for reporting outputs.
- Be able to contribute to the entire creative process and team planning sessions.
- Be a brand champion and adhere to the Perceptive visual identify across all collateral.

Experience required
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Creative Suite.
- Experience with basic to intermediate video editing and animations.
- Understanding of designing for the digital environment.
- One to two years' experience working in a professional environment.

- Enthusiasm for the job and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to approach a task with creative thinking as well as being a self-starter.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Organisational and multitasking skills.
- A proven understanding of typography and layout.
