Join Our Team as an People Operations Leader

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support a seamless onboarding and offboarding process for our new starters.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR Administrators to ensure efficiency and excellence in their work.
- Process employment documentation such as employee letters and variations of employment with precision and timeliness.
- Handle bulk requests efficiently to meet organisational needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our HR systems, ensuring information integrity.
- Triage the people inbox, providing prompt and effective responses to queries.
- Support the integration of new businesses into our HR operations.
- Serve as a super user of our people systems, providing training and support to managers.

**What we're Looking For**:

- Experience: Proven experience in HR operations and administration, with a track record of leading teams and driving efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR systems and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
