**AutoCAD Systems Support Specialist**

**Te kāinga rua | The opportunity**

In this role, you will configure and guide the development requirements and maintenance of the AutoCAD products. You will be supporting the deployment of AutoCAD across 1800+ Autodesk users with more than 1400 using AutoCAD based products (such as AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD MEP, Civil 3D, AutoCAD Architecture, Plant 3D and linkages to the Autodesk cloud environments A360 Drive, BIM 360 Teams, BIM 360 Docs / Autodesk Docs and more).

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Beca user base, engaging with our vendors, Autodesk
- Managing the support request queues with external vendors
- Minimising Beca’s risk by facilitating prompt response to technical or workflow queries
- Primary testing of deployment configurations and integration aspects of the AutoCAD based products
- Manage the User Acceptance Testing of the AutoCAD based products and their integrations
- Involving yourself and contributing to the Beta community of Autodesk
- Aligning industry use and best practices to the inclusion of templates and Beca quality standards
- Ensuring ISO 19650 workflows can be managed within the AutoCAD based products
- Creating and presenting training materials to arrange of Beca users
