Our client is a well-respected retail business noted for its quality product line, broad range and superior customer service. Standing the test of time, the business has traditional seasonal demands and, in the lead up to Christmas, will typically have a lot of stock arriving. With two warehouses, stock being moved about the province and effective scanning required for stock-taking and inventory control, the opportunity is to ensure the demands on having the right stock in the right place at the right time for purchase and delivery, but also ensuring they deliver on time and to specification. What is also key is someone focused on working together, understanding expectations and the value in delivering to customer expectation.

To keep things on track until the incoming permanent appointee begins, we require a senior level, experienced professional who will understand the environment and its expectations / challenges. You will be able to demonstrate your previous track record of maintaining and improving process, systems and a structure that will see the business capable of meeting growing demand.
