**Kāpura are looking for an energetic, organised and motivated Office & Systems Coordinator to join our Support Office team**

Kāpura currently operates 30+ premium, casual and fast casual venues throughout Wellington, Tauranga & Hamilton. Kāpura’s main kaupapa (purpose) is to support the hapori (community) and we do so routinely by assisting charitable fundraising initiatives. Kāpura is dedicated to taking care of our people - both employees and customers. We consider ourselves the curators of extraordinary dining experiences, outstanding customer service and exceptionally good times

This is a full-time role that will be based at our Reception desk. The required working hours will be between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in pursuing a career in Business Administration/IT Support.

- Has at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Is a pro with Microsoft Excel
- Has an interest in learning more about IT systems
- Has the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Has excellent communication skills
- Has the initiative and ability to be willing to take action to address needs without being requested to do so
- Is willing to give new things a go and isn't afraid to ask questions
- Is friendly and approachable - you will be the first point of contact for our visitors
