An Accounts Administrator position is vacant in Japanese Car Parts Ltd. at 10 Parker St. Papakura. This is an essential role that contributes to the day-to-day operations of Japanese Car Parts. We are dealing with used auto parts both export and local market.

Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable experience:

- Process accounts and incoming payments.
- Managing day to day financial transactions and reconciliations in Xero.
- Generate financial statements and reports.
- Preparing bills and invoices.
- Credit control and conduct credit checks.
- Keeping accounts payable up to date.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational and administrative ability with attention to detail
- Flexibility and a high work rate
- Knowledge of property management would be a plus point.

Other duties to be performed as required by the management.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
