**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Technical responsibility for successful execution of IoT projects; such projects/products include rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
- Design and develop end-to-end IoT solutions, including hardware selection, sensor integration, data acquisition, communication protocols, and cloud connectivity.
- Implement communication protocols and technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee,

Lora WAN, cellular networks) to enable seamless connectivity between devices and the

IoT ecosystem.
- Develop data management strategies for collecting, storing, and processing IoT data.

Implement data analytics tools and techniques to extract valuable insights.
- Implement security measures to protect IoT devices, networks, and data from cyber

threats. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and standards.
- Develop strategies for remote device management, firmware updates, and over-the-air

(OTA) programming.
- Conduct thorough testing of IoT solutions, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems

related to device connectivity, data transmission, and system integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineers, software developers, data

scientists, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure effective communication

throughout the development lifecycle.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or higher from premier institutes strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sensors and their integration into IoT systems (e.g., temperature, humidity, moisture, light intensity, weather, pH level, soil health monitoring).
- Proficiency with signal processing algorithms, including signal collection, storage, processing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in IoT, such as C, C++, Python, or Java.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and technologies (MQTT, Ethernet, USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, Lora WAN, cellular networks) for device connectivity.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization methods using tools such as Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) to process and interpret sensor data.
- Knowledge in development on Linux Platform, Raspberry Pi, Arduino and Embedded platforms.
- Experience in designing and prototyping IoT devices using appropriate hardware components is a plus.
- Expert with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams platforms.

Ideally - but non-essential - Knowledge and experience of Amazon Web Service/Honeywell/Thingspeak/other IoT cloud tools will be advantageous.

Experience in Scaled Agile Framework, stage gate process, minimum viable product

development, and DevOps, Jira, Confluence is a plus.
- Understanding of security principles and implementation of security measures for IoT systems.
- Ability to conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of IoT solutions.
- Project management skills, including timeline management, resource coordination, and

effective communication.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams and

stakeholders.
