CARTERS is one of New Zealand's leading building industry partners in a unique position of growth. With business booming, CARTERS St Lukes is seeking a motivated team player to join their dynamic Customer Services Team based in their Showroom.

This pivotal role is important to help keep up the pace and our commitment to delivering exceptional customer services to our Trade customers. As the first point of contact for customers, you will enjoy huge variety in your role while dealing with customers face to face in the showroom and over the phone. While enjoying variety, the potential to learn and progress, your main duties will be to:

- Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided, and company policies are followed in order to maximise revenue
- Ensuring stock management procedures are followed
- Ensuring a safe & professional work environment is maintained
- Delivering on key projects and other organizational priorities as requested
- Ensuring the company's financial and management policies and procedures are adhered to
- Providing a timely service to customers
- Identifying products quickly and efficiently
- Unloading product deliveries on site
- Assembling and loading customer orders
- Processing sales documentation
- Maintaining store / showroom stock levels & product displays

The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- Your initiative as well as your willingness to lend a hand and 'muck in'
- A natural desire to build rapport with our Trade Customers
- An approachable and helpful attitude
- Knowledge of computer systems & basic operating skills
- Being physically fit for occasional heavy lifting
