**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**
We sat down with our Senior Customer Communications Manager (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following about the tūranga (role).
**What are some day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?**
- Showcasing your project management pūkenga (skills)
- Collaborating with stakeholders from every corner of BNZ
- Taking banking jargon and making it more human
- Moving communications through design/planning, approvals, and delivery
- Problem solving and thinking outside the box to ensure smooth delivery of communications
- Copywriting and reviewing communications for accuracy
- Liaising with external suppliers
- Managing feedback from stakeholders

The successful applicant will be able to truly own their tūranga as a Customer Communications Manager. They will feel competent and confident moving through the data and project management process and be able to step outside of the projects they're managing and think about things from a customer's perspective.
