**Mō tēnei tūranga | About the opportunity**

Reporting to the GM, Finance Partnering NZ Manufacturing you will play a key role in driving strategic financial planning and analysis across the business unit. This role is central to supporting leadership in optimising performance, resource allocation, and delivering on Group FP&A targets.

You’ll lead the development and execution of financial planning frameworks, budgeting processes, and performance management initiatives. Your insights will guide decision-making and ensure alignment with Fonterra’s broader strategic direction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading strategic financial planning and long-range forecasting
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes
- Delivering financial analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Driving performance management and KPI tracking
- Overseeing Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team
- Supporting CAPEX planning and product strategy alignment

This role is based in Auckland.

A natural communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, your strong relationship and influencing skills enable you to quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders.

Naturally curious and proficient in finance technology, such as SAC, Power BI, ERP, you are always looking to improve systems, tools, and workflows.
