We are looking for a **Change Manager** to join our Digital Delivery team, reporting to our Portfolio Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the change impacts associated with digital transformation initiatives, ensuring changes are effectively communicated, managed, and implemented across the organisation, aligning with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
You will also work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions, minimise resistance, and maximise the adoption of new processes and technologies.
Key to your success, you will bring:
- ** Savvy Communicator**: The ability to understand and translate technical concepts into clear business language and align with business needs.
- ** Business Insights**: Comfortable working within business functions and understanding organisational drivers.
- ** Leadership**: A natural leader and mentor who energises cross-functional teams, fosters collaboration and drives delivery
- ** Drive for results**:Highly motivated, proactive and able to manage workload independently.
- ** Strong Stakeholder Manager**: Confident engaging with a range of stakeholders, with the ability to adapt to your stakeholder needs.
- ** Change Management**: Understands and champions the value of change, driving adoption and measurable business benefits
