We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our Project Delivery team. This is a 12-month full time fixed term contract position (with the possibility to extend) that is responsible for coordinating the installation, commissioning and engineering activities on large-scale warehouse automation projects, ensuring that the building, site services and processing equipment are installed and commissioned into full production to meet the client's specifications, within the contract schedule, budget and quality in a safe manner.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**The key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Preparing and reviewing drawings and plans for mechanical and electrical installations
- Liaising with clients, direct builders and sub-contractors
- Proactively promoting innovation, improvement, risk identification and safety management covering Occupational Health, Safety and the Environment
- Obtaining necessary materials and resources
- Organising and supervising the inspection and maintenance of the installed equipment
- Day to day management of sub-contractors
- Coordinating regular inspection of works for quality assurance
- Implement commissioning
- Ensuring safe installation procedures
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager installing large capital projects
- Knowledge of material handling equipment would be an advantage
- Thorough knowledge of WHSE requirements
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong computer skills in MS office products
- Availability to travel when required
