Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.What is the opportunity? | He aha te kōwhiringa?The Quality Technical Manager will play a key role in ensuring that the Wiri Operations site delivers exceptional beverage quality and performance including the introduction of all change such as NPD and new processes.- Ensure that overall Laboratory management standards, equipment, training and accreditations are adhered and improved.
- Lead and manage a team a high performing team (7 direct reports and 18 indirect)
- Build capability within our people to champion a quality first mindset.
- Internal IMS and non-conformance audit management, including resolution of gaps identified.
- Lead the sites implementation of New Products.
- Contribute to and help deliver the quality strategy for the Wiri site.
About you | Nō hea koe- Relevant tertiary degree (engineering/science) or Proven experience leading a beverage manufacturing line/facility or managing site quality
- Strong technical knowledge of quality standards and quality auditing within a highly regulated environment
- Previous experience leading a high performing team
- Strong stakeholder management at all levels with the ability to drive quality initiatives and build capability within our people
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies
