**About the role | He korero whakamarama mo tenei turanga**

The main purpose of this role is complete administration of all electronic invoicing. You are required to liaise with both external and internal customers in the resolution of all rejected invoice lines and to maintain records of all paid and unpaid electronic invoices. Another key component of your responsibilities is to provide administration for accurate invoicing and debtor management.
- Check all outgoing weekly electronic invoice files to Healthpac to ensure accuracy.
- Check all incoming electronic files from Healthpac ensuring all data is present and correct
- Research, resolve and re-invoice rejected invoice lines
- Maintain and reconcile rejections spreadsheets and debtors systems
- Upload ACC invoices directly into ACC's system ensuring accuracy
- Assist with overall management of invoicing systems
- Assist with timely and accurate processing invoicing and debtors' management

This is a permanent full time role is based in Palmerston North
