As the Stock Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory at our AKL Distribution Centre. You will work closely with the frozen labelling team and cross-functional departments to maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

This role is based in Mount Wellington and reports to the Warehouse Manager.

**You will**
- Oversee the end-to-end inventory process, including inbound, storage, and distribution of meal kit ingredients.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stocktakes using the warehouse management system.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock, making data-driven decisions to optimise stock.
- Coordinate with Procurement and QC teams to manage shortages and ensure quality standards are met.
- Lead initiatives to improve inventory accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and optimise storage space.
- Work with Operations to plan and execute order fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on inventory performance and key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations, including HACCP and BRCGS.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and inventory management best practices.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and digital skills (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, warehouse systems).
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
