About the role

This is a full-time Stock Coordinator role within the Max Fashions' team, based in our Newmarket Flagship store. As the Stock Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of the Max Newmarket store, managing stock levels, processing orders, and maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand
  • Processing incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving, unpacking, and organising deliveries
  • Ensuring the store's visual merchandising standards are upheld through effective stock rotation and display
  • Assisting the Store Manager with inventory management and reporting
  • Providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the products they need
  • Collaborating with the wider retail team to support the successful running of the store

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or stock coordination role, preferably within the fashion industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain accurate stock records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the store team and customers
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for visual merchandising
  • The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Proficiency in using retail software and inventory management systems
