Are you passionate about electrical product testing and compliance? Whether you're an experienced technician or an engineer ready to take the next step, we have a permanent opportunity for you in our high-tech **electrical product testing lab** - not your typical laboratory setting.
This role is central to ensuring our electrical products - across both animal management and security - meet rigorous compliance and performance standards before they reach farms and facilities around the world.
You’ll work closely with R&D, Product Development, and Compliance teams to test and validate electrical and electronic components, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to product reliability and innovation.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Conduct hands-on testing of electrical and electronic hardware to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Set up, maintain, and repair test equipment, rigs, and structured lab environments to support reliable and consistent testing processes
- Generate test reports and declaration of conformity documents
- Calibrate test equipment in-house or coordinate calibration with external service providers
- Coordinate additional test requirements with external laboratories
- Diagnose and document performance issues, contributing to design improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test procedures and validation protocols
- Help define future lab capabilities to support ongoing innovation
**Who We’re Looking For**
- A qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in electrical/electronic product testing, validation, or compliance.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electrical and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with test instrumentation and data analysis.
- A passion for precision, process improvement, and emerging technologies.
