**The Role**

We’re looking for a **Compliance Technician** to join our team on a **fixed-term basis** **(6 months)** to support our **lab and testing environment**with Alison Laboratory. As we continue to refine and evolve our product testing capabilities, you’ll play a critical role in testing our products to ensure they are able to meet our market requirements.

You’ll work closely with **R&D, Product Development, and Compliance teams** to test and validate electrical and electronic components, troubleshoot issues, and provide critical insights to enhance product design and reliability. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, **farm-ready Ag Tech solutions**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Conduct **hands-on testing of electrical and electronic hardware** to ensure product reliability, safety, and compliance.
- Set up and maintain **test equipment, rigs, and lab environments** to support structured product evaluations.
- Identify, diagnose, and document **electrical performance issues** and contribute to design improvements.
- Collaborate with **engineering teams** to refine test procedures and develop validation protocols.
- Assist in defining **future lab requirements** to support ongoing product development and innovation.

**The Fit**

You’ll bring:

- A degree in **Electrical Engineering** or a related field.
- Experience in **testing, validation, or compliance of electronic hardware products**.
- Strong **diagnostic and troubleshooting skills** for electrical and electronic systems.
- Familiarity with **test instrumentation, data collection, and analysis**.
- A passion for **precision, process improvement, and working with emerging technologies**.
