Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent

Days required: Tuesday - Sunday ( 1 day per weekend)

Hours per week: 30 hours per week

Hourly rate: $22.70 per hour

Job pre-requisites:

- A passion for customer service and sales achievement.
- Have at least one year of previous relevant retail experience.
- The ability to work well in a team-focused and fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Punctual and dedicated to the job and has drive.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to the company values and culture.
- Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time.
- Physically fit as the shelves need to be stocked
- Working with your team to get the job done on time.
- Confident in working alone.
- Computer knowledge is a must.
- Drug-free.
- Clean criminal record.
- Good references
- Must be available to work weekends. We are open 7 days a week.

**Job Description**:

- Helping customers when they require assistance with products and provide

recommendations.
- Responsible for stock ordering.
- Entering stock into the database and ensuring the products are correctly priced and

displayed into correct places.
- Responsible for accessing the products for return so a correct action can be taken.
- Handling customer complaints
- Responsible for opening and closing of premises and associated security. Also expected

to perform a cashup.
- Process payment bt using POS computer system
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- A self-starter capable of working well by yourself on solo shifts and staying motivated

**Salary**: $22.70 - $23.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, Waikato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
