In this role, you will:

- Lead by example with maintaining store standards and visual merchandising
- Recruit and coach your team with skills to achieve individual and store sales targets
- Drive in store operational excellence with a hands-on approach
- Manage rosters, wages and sales reports with business acumen
- Identify ideas and resources to continue the stores overall success
- Retail Management experience or transferrable skills in a similar environment
- Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team towards success
- Positive, upbeat communication with problem solving expertise
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks with a high level of organisation and time management
- A genuine interested in fashion, taking pride in style expressionThis role includes:

- Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Bonus incentives both monthly and annually

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Hamilton, Waikato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
