The team's focus is on designing shorter-term approaches to achieve the TEC's longer-term goals and the Government's Tertiary Education Strategy. - Helping to develop and communicate our strategic priorities for our annual $2.8 billion investment round. - Contributing to Strategic Investment projects to actively shape and influence the tertiary education and careers system to achieve our longer-term strategic goals. - Using data and information from our customers - learners, industry bodies, education providers and others in the public sector - to develop implementable strategies. - Working closely with the Oritetanga/Learner Success Team to make a significant difference for Maori and Pacific learners. - Engaging at senior levels across the TEC and with other agencies such as the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. **He korero mou**_: _**_What we are looking for_ The team has close links across the business to the people, teams, projects and functions that are critical to driving success through our careers and investment levers. As a Senior Advisor you will support work programmes internally and externally. Your relationships with colleagues and stakeholders will be the key to your success, along with your ability to think strategically.
